Important Safety & Other Information
Good afternoon Middleville AYSO family,
We hope that everyone had a great first week of spring soccer, even if it was a bit cold and sometimes wet.
With the first week of practices and games finished we need to address a few safety topics as well as just a couple of other reminders. We want to insure that everyone has a safe and fun time at the fields.
Parking
There is to be No Parking on the outside of the drive. The image of the fields below (click for a larger view) has yellow markings where there is to be No Parking. When vehicles are parked on the outside of the drive a safety hazard is created. The drive is already narrow and when cars are parked on both sides, especially on the curve it creates a situation a player darting across might not be seen.
Everyone needs to park on the inside of the drive or in the parking lot. You may consider carpooling as a means of bringing fewer cars to the fields.
No Pets
Middleville AYSO has adopted a No Pets policy for all AYSO events, including all practices and games. For the safety of players and the enjoyment of all, we ask all parents, guests, and spectators to please leave your pets at home when you attend any AYSO event.
Safety Director & Coach Administrator

Spectator/Team Locations
During games Teams should be located on the opposite side of the field from spectators. This ensures that coach is able to adequately supervise their players, and for our younger players it provides less distraction from the game.
In addition to sitting on the correct side of the field, everyone should be
at least three feet away from the sidelines
. This provides players enough space for throw/kick ins as well as our Assistant Referees enough space to work.
No one is to be seated on the ends of the fields or behind the goals during a game.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
See you on the pitch,
